Unwind on the plush sectional sofa for a movie night on the 85” TV, or prepare a delicious meal in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Key Features: Living Area: An open and airy space with an 85” TV for ultimate entertainment and a pull-out sofa. Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Bedrooms & Office: Two serene bedrooms, plus a dedicated office with a comfortable futon for flexible sleeping or work. Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between the two bedrooms, the office futon, and the pull-out sofa in the living room. Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.

Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). This includes: • A dedicated private entrance for self-check-in and total privacy. • The entire interior of the 2-bedroom plus office home. • Exclusive, scheduled access to a private patio featuring a hot tub, a wooden barrel sauna, and a cozy fire pit. The schedule ensures a peaceful and secluded experience for all guests. We live in the main home on the property and are available if you need anything during your stay. However, we deeply respect your privacy. Your stay is designed to be a completely private and peaceful experience, and we will not interact with you unless requested. This home is a newly built, private Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located on our 1-acre property. The hosts live in the main home on the property but your unit and amenities are private. Access to the outdoor amenities (hot tub, sauna, fire pit) is exclusive to you during your stay but is scheduled to ensure privacy for all.

Accessibility

Guest Access

You have exclusive use of the upstairs apartment and exclusive use of the sauna and hot tub from 4 pm to 8 pm. Please let me know if you need it at any other time. For the sauna, please press the bottom left button to turn it on and the button next to it for lights. The sauna takes about 15 minutes to heat up to desired temperature and will automatically turn off after 30 minutes it has reached the desired temperature. The hot tub is set at 104 degrees.

Jose and Monica have an absolutely spectacular home. We could not have had a better time, and they are fantastic hosts. The apartment above their primary home is brand new, well equipped with high-end finishes, and features absolutely breathtaking views. Their home is beautiful, and the Teton Valley area is beyond a stunning place to come visit. We highly recommend that you stay with Jose and Monica. We will definitely be back to their beautiful property.
